Announcement bar

Show important information about your business, on every page of your online store. Add an announcement to show:

• current promotions, such as a sale or discount,
• shipping information, such as free shipping or a temporary delay,
• an update to a Privacy Policy.

You can add up to 5 announcements.

Add an announcement

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Under the Announcement bar section, click Add Announcement.
4. In the Text field, input an announcement.
5. Optional: In the Link field, paste a link or search for an existing page on your online store.

Automatically loop announcements

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Click the Announcement bar section.
4. Check Enable autoplay.
5. Under Duration, adjust the slider to choose the length of time each announcement is shown.
