Testimonials

Build trust by displaying customer testimonials on your online store. You can add up to 12 testimonials.

Add a Testimonials section

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Click Add section, then click Testimonials.

Add a testimonial

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Under the Testimonials section, click Add Testimonial.
4. Optional: In the Heading field, input a heading.
5. In the Testimonial field, input a testimonial.

Add a testimonial source

Show customers where your testimonial is from, to further build trust and bolster your brand’s online presence.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Under the Testimonials section, click a Testimonial block.
4. In the Source link field, paste the link where this testimonial can be found.
5. Optional: In the Source label field, input a label.

Add an endorser image

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Under the Testimonials section, click a Testimonial block.
4. Under Image, click Select image.
5. Select the image to display, or upload a new image, and click Select.
6. In the Name field, input the name of the endorser.
7. Optional: In the Job title field, input the job title of the endorser.

Improve the alignment between testimonials

As the length of each testimonial is likely to be different, you may encounter a situation where one or more testimonials appear misaligned. You can adjust the width of each testimonial so that they all take up the same amount of vertical space.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Under the Testimonials section, click a Testimonial block.
4. Under Width, adjust the range slider.
