Navigation

Link to any area of your online store with no restrictions. You could use this section to link to:

• sub-collections on a collection page,
• a combination of related pages and blog posts on a product page,
• a series of helpful pages, like shipping and returns information.

You can add up to 12 navigation items.

Add a Navigation section

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Click Add section, then click Navigation.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Under the Navigation section, click Add Item.
4. Under Image, click Select image.
5. Select the image to display, or upload a new image, and click Select.
6. In the Label field, input a label.
7. In the Link field, paste a link or search for an existing page on your online store.

Mix and match the layout of the navigation items

It’s possible to display the navigation items as a slideshow or grid, on mobile and desktop. Settings can be combined to configure the following layouts:

In the following example, the settings that affect the layout on desktop are used, but the same steps apply to the settings that affect the layout on mobile.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Next to Emporium, click Customize.
3. Click the Navigation section.
4. Under Layout (desktop), select an option.
5. Under Number of columns (desktop), select an option.
